Most light products are designed to produce photons; NiraxxLife is designed to deliver a controlled dose of them. In photobiomodulation, more light is not necessarily better: the response is biphasic — often described by the Arndt–Schulz principle — where too little light may produce little effect, an appropriate dose can stimulate the desired response, and excessive exposure may reduce or even inhibit it. The effective dose depends on multiple parameters, including wavelength, irradiance, treatment time, total energy, pulse characteristics, and the tissue being targeted — which is why the size of a panel or its maximum power alone cannot tell you how effective a session will be. PBM is ultimately about delivering the right dose of light to the right tissue, not simply more light.
